George Ciotti

President and Chief Executive Officer

George Ciotti has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2025, stepping into that role after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sentinel Peak Resources since 2015. Prior to co-founding Sentinel Peak Resources, he was CFO of C12 Energy from 2014 to 2015. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Ciotti was VP of Rocky Mountain Production for Berry Petroleum Company and from 2007 to 2011 he was Berry’s VP of Corporate Development. Mr. Ciotti started his career with Texaco in 1988 where he worked for 11 years. From 1998 to 2007, Mr. Ciotti was involved with several E&P information technology, financial and business consulting start-ups in various co-founding roles. Mr. Ciotti holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M, a Masters in Business Administration from University of Houston, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 

George Paspalof

Executive Vice President

George Paspalof joined Sentinel Peak Resources in 2016 and currently serves as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Sentinel Peak Resources, he was President of Brycon LLC from 2008 to 2016 and Manager Alaska Operations for Pacific Energy Resources from 2006 to 2008. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Paspalof was involved in the remediation and development of excess oil field property and the President and CEO of Global Solutions, Inc. Mr. Paspalof began his career with Texaco in 1988 in the LA Basin. Mr. Paspalof holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Erin Gleaton

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Erin Gleaton joined Sentinel Peak Resources in 2017 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Sentinel Peak Resources, Ms. Gleaton served as Associate General Counsel at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Gleaton was a practicing attorney with an emphasis on corporate governance, securities and mergers and acquisitions for public and private clients with Davis Graham and Stubbs LLP in Denver, Colorado and Andrews Kurth LLP (now Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP) in Houston and Austin, Texas. Ms. Gleaton holds her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her BBA. in Finance, also from the University of Texas at Austin.
